The School of Vacuum Technology is a vocational training seminar for practicianers. Its purpose is to convey the basic knowledge of vacuum technology and the practical use of standard vacuum equipment.

Job Promotor
The situation on the job and vocational training markets demands new, individualised methods for the advising, supporting and procurement of job-seekers and those interested in vocational training programmes. On the one hand, job-seekers have to be as effectively placed as possible in a job that suits their abilities and motivation. On the other hand, successful job-seekers need to be supported in their jobs and shown prospects for professional development, even in the case of simpler occupations. Participants of this training programme acquire the skills of an integrative and supportive occupation that involves official, municipal and commercial advisory and mediatory functions in accordance with the so-called Hartz reforms.
ProGRes
The vocational training course ProGRes is designed for those in companies or public institutions who are currently or who will in the future be responsible for change management. Through gaining this qualification, they will secure long-term competitive advantages in their respective professional fields.
This training will enable participants to plan foresightedly the processes of change in companies and administrations, to professionally execute the changes and to secure them (Change Management. The designation Zert_FP© represents a professional qualification that trains financial consultants in extensive critical skills and integrated problem-solving competence. The study programme integrates the fields of investments, insurance, financing and financial security. The independence of public universities guarantees neutrality of presentation and evaluation, which is particularly important in this field

In this two-month online seminar, the relevant federal data protection laws and regulations for private businesses and federal administration are studied and analysed.

An in-service training course on the ‘Neue Verwaltungssteuerung’ (New Administration Management) leading to university certification.

In this two-day seminar, issues and problems related to legally admissible charges and payment are analysed and solutions demonstrated against the setting of the municipal charges laws of the state of Hessen.
Economic problems of charges calculation
In this two-day seminar the basic economic principles of charges legislation are presented. The legislation provides for the covering of costs, maintenance of asset value, interest and risk in charges calculation

Biographical work (introductory)
A one-week introduction to the theme (educational leave). Also suitable as an introduction to the further education studies
Biographical work (further education studies)
After learning the theory and concepts, participants are trained in biographical operating competences and the ability to convert the approach creatively and innovatively in their own field of work.
Experimential education in social work
These further education studies have the goal of conveying the tasks of experiential educationalists in practice through various nature sports. The theory of experiential education is studied concurrently

Qualification as sign language interpreter
Good skills in sign language interpretation are a prerequisite for participation in these studies.
